Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Trendify. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery only if:
The product received is damaged or defective.
You receive the wrong product.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
Personal care, beauty, hygiene, and intimate products.
Customized or personalized products.
Gift cards and digital products.
Products marked as Non-Returnable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Order Number
Clear photos or videos of the product
Photos of the package received
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI within 5–10 business days after approval

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping charges.
For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refund Rejection

Refunds will not be approved if:
The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
The return request is made after the allowed return period.
The returned item is incomplete or missing accessories.
